Stories Of Bhakti Karmarati

Bhakti Karmarati is an initiative guided by our practice of Bhakti (Devotion) Yoga and Karma (Action)Yoga. All knowledge of Yoga and Chakra System that we have learned in classes, workshops and intensive programs are coming into life through this initiative. We raise fund through public/community activities and we are also offering helping hands as we directly involve in community. Our community (Karmarati People) has now grown and we are aware to take part in society.

To intensely bring forth our knowledge of Yoga and Chakra, Karmarati initiates a new movement in 2015 that involving small group of people as Heart Workers. This group is led by the founder of Karmarati that has vast experience in Yoga and Chakra System. Heart Workers apply this ancient Eastern knowledge into service of helping one person at a time.
We are always open for ideas and insight to express our service. Not all of the activities are captured here in our story blog, but here is the story of some of the past actions.

Joy, peace and love. Namaste.

Mudras, pranayama and philosophy we discussed were around grounding exercise, self-love, forgiveness, self-healing, unconditional love, openness and self-integration.
