Hello, Shoulders!


Dear Friends,

Do you realize the position of your shoulders? Are they even - left and right?
Interestingly, we have lived with them all of our lives, but not noticing that uneven shoulders may (or may not) have caused certain discomfort. They have worked for us unconditionally, have carried our burdens, have been pushed and pulled so many times. They deserve a gentle treatment and must be well noticed. Well, actually, that is the simplest way of us saying 'thank you'.

Simple shoulder exercises (our studio used the famous chair - Chitose) could help us realize the structure of our pose, especially around the shoulders. In Karmarati Studio, we made an attempt to open the shoulders and liberate them in our theme sessions. We must remind you, though, nothing is instant in yoga. With patience and compassion, we would make all efforts worth while!
