Review Of February 2015 Community Program On Meditation, Pranayama, Mudra, Mantra and Yoga Philosophy



In February, Karmarati conducted Meditation community classes that include pranayama (breath control), mudra (hand gesture) and basic yoga philosophy. These sessions of were held every Tuesday afternoon with a mission to raise fund for animal shelter. In the end, we collected a sum of 
Rp.2,440,000, now ready to be donated.

Nandinne, who assisted in the whole sessions, managed to take some pics and wrote a sweet note below (thanks, Nandinne!):

“On top of all things in my heart and head, I would like to simply but deeply grateful for the Meditation, Pranayama, Mudra, and Yoga Philosophy at the comfiest place of Karmarati.
The three sessions have given me not only a new knowledge and experience, but most of all a newfound awareness and (surprisingly) answers for several things in life I have lived.
So, thank you for a wonderful and fulfilling time we all have together here.
